Latest Addition to Hutchinson Metro Center is Already 60% Pre-Leased

BRONX, NY – October 16, 2013 – Simone Healthcare Development Group announced today that Parkchester Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, Ophthalmologist Dr. Eric Wolf, MD and Hanger Prosthetics have all signed long-term leases totaling nearly 11,000 square feet of space at Metro Center Atrium, Simone’s new mixed-use project. Metro Center Atrium is a 370,000-square-foot office/retail/hotel complex that Simone Development is constructing as the latest phase of its 42-acre, multi-building Hutchinson Metro Center campus in the Pelham Bay section of the Bronx.

Parkchester Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. They also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures. The practice has leased 3,000 square feet at the new Metro Center Atrium in the Hutchinson Metro Center. This is an expansion of their existing Parkchester location.

Dr. Eric Wolf, MD is board certified in Ophthalmology. He has special expertise in corneal diseases and intraocular lens implantation, and enjoys affiliations with 15 hospitals. He will be leasing 2,850 square feet in an expansion of his practice to the Metro Center Atrium at Hutchinson Metro Center.
